What is Tulsi?
Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum) or Holy Basil is a plant that originated in India and can now be grown in your back yard.
In India it is considered one of the most sacred plants. The "Queen of herbs" because of its restorative and spiritual properties. It has been used for years to help support a healthy repsonse to stress, natural detoxification and to restore balance.
